I recently had the pleasure of working with my best friend and her future hubby in designing some of the items they needed for their upcoming nuptials. It was a a lot of fun!
A little background: I graduated college with a degree in Advertising, but I when I first started, I dabbled as a Graphic Design major, which I still love to do! (along with photography, cooking, baking and some DIY Crafts…)
It all started with their Save-The-Dates. My Bff said she wanted them to look just like the Pittsburgh Penguins Hockey Tickets, so I said bring it on! I think they turned out great!

As BFF and Matron of Honor aka MOH (and by the way….who ever decided a married gal should be called “Matron” should be slapped. Thanks for making me feel old! I think Maid of Honor is just fine for all the MOHs out there–married or single!)
Any way, as the MOH, I had the sheer pleasure of throwing a bridal shower for the blushing bride. I had a lot of fun using my creativity and design background to make a lot of the items for the big day. I made the invitations, Mad Libs Game, He said/She Said game, as well a Poem game, a Set of Wine Bottle Tags for the couple and matching menu cards.
It took a lot of time, but they all made the day a little extra special! Now, I just need to find some new blushing brides to work for!
